Discover your dream car at Porsche Tucson – your premier destination for the finest pre-owned vehicles! Here you have best from Porsche History - The Porsche 356 B. Produced from 1960 through 1963, the 356 represents an iconic part of the 356s model history. The B introduced new front and rear sheet-metal, though retained the curved front trunk lid and rounded fenders of the A series. The B also added features requested by American customers, such as raised front and rear bumpers with over-riders to better protect the body from parking incidents. The headlamps were also raised, a larger hood handle was added, and front vent windows appeared in the doors. A new steering wheel and column similarly refreshed the interior, along with redesigned rear seats. This 1963 356 B Cabriolet T6 was delivered to Redline Service in Tucson, Arizona after full metal repair/restoration in February 2023 and professionally painted in its original color of Oslo Blue/6203. Chuck Croteau of Redline Service enlisted the help of Nino Wunnicke, an air-cooled restoration specialist. Nino completed a multi year restoration with new or restored components including a rebuilt engine and transaxle, both with original matching numbers. This Porsche was recently inspected for its quality and authenticity by Jim Guthrie, a 46 year Master Porsche Mechanic. Jim won the Western Area Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge for Porsche Tucson and was runner-up in the National Championship for 2024.
